Pros: The hotel is, nice & the rooms are clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 20 minute walk to Colloseum/Forum area, 30-35 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon & Campo Dei Fiori. Vatican, Trevestere and Castel Sangelo & Vatican are a short taxi ride. 5 minute walk to Termini train station.Many nearby restaurants just one block over from hotel front entrance. Cons: The hotel advertises air conditioned rooms however they told us that they will turn on a/c to the rooms in the heat of the day for just a few hrs at their choosing. The lobby where they work stays nice and cold. Across the street the hotel has LOUD music blaring from 10pm to 2am. Remember your window will be open because of no a/c. DO NOT walk two blocks behind the hotel because it’s a homeless area where people were smoking something in glass pipes, it wasn’t weed. Al in all I would chose a different place next time because of the listed cons. We booked and prepaid 11 nights.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes of walking distance from the Rome Centrale train station - the room size is big- However the room is very hot and when enquired about the air conditioner, front desk mentioned no air conditioner until March or April . Breakfast was nice and it would have been nice if there were hot dishes for vegetarians .

My wife and I stayed in that hotel in Dec 2023. It was very nice and quiet. It has a very good location because it is located near Termini station. We walked from the hotel to the Vatican for around 50 minutes and I suggested that path for walking. our room was very very cozy and beautiful. But in my mind, it has one big negative point. The hotel's breakfast was very very disappointing, I mean it didn't have enough variety in breakfast and I expected in a 4-star hotel in Rome I could drink good coffee, but the hotel's coffee was low quality, and their coffee machine was a nightmare.

Best hotel by the train station. Great customer service and clean rooms. However, if you have a problem in your room, it will take them hours to send someone. Breakfast is not cheap but it has literally anything you want.

Very convenient clean and staff helpful good breakfast selection starting very early … self service breakfast but the coffee was very good … pasry and cheese section was my thing .. thank you very very much if in Rome I will be definitely using it again .
